Terms & Conditions

1.1 Agreement to Terms: By creating an account, accessing, downloading, installing, or using AfriLove (the "Service," "Platform," "App," or "Website"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Daykeay's Digital LLC ("AfriLove") and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement," or "Terms of Service").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Service.

1.2 Who These Terms Apply To: These Terms apply to Users, Visitors, and Subscribers. Anyone who accesses or interacts with the Service in any capacity is bound by this Agreement.

1.3 Additional Terms: Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. These additional policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3.1 Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to use AfriLove. We use age verification technologies and may request ID. Providing false age info is a material breach resulting in immediate termination.

3.2 Legal Capacity: You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not legally prohibited from using the Service due to criminal convictions related to violence or fraud.

3.3 Account Limitations: You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.

8.1 Purchases: Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe. We do not store credit card details.

8.2 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

8.3 Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except as required by law (e.g., 14-day right to cancel for EU/UK residents who have not used premium features).
